Irkutsk, 1918

The Wikipedia claims this picture of Irkutsk was taken in 1918. Amusingly, that means this military parade could actually involve Col. John Ward and the Allied (anti-Revolution) troops. However, I suspect that this is not actually so--this is some other military parade--due to Ward's claim that it was cold already when they arrived, and these folks don't look outfitted for the cold.

Personally, I can't distinguish the uniforms, so if anyone happens to know anything else about the photo, I'd love to hear it!
